We deliver training to the DIY enthusiast as well as deliver the NVQ Level 2 (full route) in Solid Plastering and City & Guilds 6217-04 in solid plastering. Unlike others, we deliver and train all 15 City & Guilds units which consist of 7 Mandatory units and all of 8 Optional Units. We believe if you are entering the plastering market you should be competent in all aspects of plastering.

Goldtrowel is unique in that it has affiliations in order for us to deliver the NVQ Plastering. The 10 week rule applies from registration, you cannot receive your NVQ Certificate until you have been inducted at our Centre and then completed all the Units required under the Construction Alliance Law.

During your Plastering Course at Goldtrowel you will be given different scenarios as if you were plastering inside old buildings which is where plastering started.  You will also learn and fully know how to apply finish plaster to the following: Artex, curved walls, barrel ceilings, arches, bull-noses, around Architraves, coving, cornices, centre pieces, pipe-work and around plug sockets.
