Throughout the assessment people spoke in extremely positive terms about the service they had received, commenting on how it had helped them move forward in their personal and career development.
This confirmed to me that the contribution that IAG makes to the achievement of the organisation’s mission. The commitment to putting the needs of learners at the heart of everything the Service does was demonstrated in the ways support is provided.
The impression is of a well respected organisation.
